Division Section 4 Derogation for collection and transport of manure
United Kingdom
By way of derogation from Section 1, the competent authority may accept the collection and transport of manure transported between two points located on the same farm or between farmers and users in F1Great Britain under other conditions which provide for the prevention of unacceptable risks to public and animal health.
