F1Nothing in this Regulation prevents the appropriate authority from establishing systems or laying down rules for the marking of animal by-products originating in and remaining F2in their constituent nation provided that those systems or rules do not conflict with the marking requirements set out for derived products in Chapter V of this Annex.
