  "heading": "Additional requirements in case of use for special feeding purposes",
  "text": "In addition to the records required in accordance with Section 1, operators shall keep the following records in relation to relevant material if animal by-products are used for special feeding purposes in accordance with Chapter II of Annex VI:\n1..in the case of final users, the quantity used, the animals that it is intended to be fed to and the date of use;\n2..in the case of collection centres:\n(i)the quantity handled or treated in accordance with point 4 of Section 1 of Chapter I of Annex VI;\n(ii)the name and address of each final user using the material;\n(iii)the premises to which the material is taken for use;\n(iv)the quantity dispatched; and\n(v)the date on which the material was dispatched.",
