Division 2 The competent authority may lay down conditions, aimed at preventing unacceptable risks for the transmission of diseases communicable to humans or animals, for the use of aquatic animals and of aquatic and terrestrial invertebrates:
United Kingdom
- (a)
as feed for farmed fish or for aquatic invertebrates, when the animal by-products have not been processed in accordance with point 1(c);
- (b)
as fishing bait, including bait for aquatic invertebrates.
