  "text": "In order to be approved in accordance with Article 24(1)(f) of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009, operators shall ensure that establishments or plants carrying out the activities referred to in point 1 of Section 1 meet the requirements laid down in Article 8 of this Regulation and:\n(a) have adequate facilities for storage of incoming ingredients to prevent cross-contamination and avoid contamination during storage;\n(b) dispose of unused animal by-products or derived products in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009.",
