Division 2 Treated hides and skins may be placed on the market, provided that:

they have not been in contact with other animal products or live animals presenting a risk of spreading a serious transmissible disease;

the commercial document F1made available or published for the time being by the appropriate authority contains a statement indicating that all precautions have been taken to avoid contamination with pathogenic agents.
