  "text": "Unless they are kept for reference purposes or redispatched to the third country of origin, research and diagnostic samples and any products derived from the use of those samples shall be disposed of:\n(a)as waste by incineration;\n(b)by pressure sterilisation and subsequent disposal or use in accordance with Articles 12 to 14 of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009; or\n(c)in accordance with point 4(b) of Section 1 of Chapter I of Annex VI in case:\n(i)of quantities not exceeding 2 000 ml; and\n(ii)provided the samples or derived products have been produced in and dispatched from third countries ..., which are listed in Part I of Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 , or territories or parts of those third countries, from which imports into Great Britain of fresh meat of domestic bovine animals are authorised by virtue of being specified by the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), under Article 14 of that Regulation in a document published for the purposes of that Article.",
