  "text": "Materials referred to in Article 26 shall be imported from a third country under the following conditions:\n1..The materials shall be imported with a label attached to the packaging, container or vehicle which indicates ‘Prohibited in food, feed, fertilisers, cosmetics, medicinal products and medical devices’.\n2..The materials shall be directly delivered to an approved or registered establishment or plant for the manufacture of derived products, other than the products referred to in point 1.\n3..Unused or surplus materials shall be used or disposed of in accordance with Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009.",
