# Commission Regulation (EU) No 146/2011 of 17 February 2011 fixing the minimum selling price for skimmed milk powder for the 16th individual invitation to tender within the tendering procedure opened by Regulation (EU) No 447/2010, Article 1

For the 16th individual invitation to tender for selling of skimmed milk powder within the tendering procedure opened by Regulation (EU) No 447/2010, in respect of which the time limit for the submission of tenders expired on 15 February 2011, the minimum selling price for skimmed milk powder shall be EUR 250,10/100 kg.
