  "text": "Article 23 of Regulation (EC) No 1850/2006 is replaced by the following:\n‘Notification to the Commission\nArticle 23 1. Producing Member States shall notify to the Commission, by 30 June each year at the latest, of:\n(a) a list of hop production areas;\n(b) a list of the certification centres and the code for each centre;\n(c) the names and addresses of the competent certification authorities.\n2. The notifications referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009.’.",
