  "text": "1. Obligations to passengers pursuant to this Regulation shall not be limited or waived, in particular by a derogation or restrictive clause in the transport contract.\n2. Carriers may offer contract conditions that are more favourable for the passenger than the conditions laid down in this Regulation.",
