In Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 737/2008, the first paragraph is replaced by the following:

‘The Laboratoire de la rage et de la faune sauvage de Nancy of the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail (ANSES), France, is hereby designated as the EU reference laboratory for rabies from 1 July 2008 until 30 June 2013.’
