  "text": "Commission Regulation (EU) No 289/2011\nof 23 March 2011\ncorrecting the Hungarian text of Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 laying down common detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards buying in and selling of agricultural products under public intervention\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation), and in particular Article 43(a), (aa), (c), (d), (f), (j), (k), and(l) in conjunction with Article 4 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Hungarian text of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 contains two errors which must be corrected with effect from the date of application of Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009.\n(2)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
