# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 302/2011 of 28 March 2011 opening an exceptional import tariff quota for certain quantities of sugar in the 2010/11 marketing year, Article 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 April 2011.
It shall expire on 30 September 2011.
