  "text": "1. When a responsible TAB adopts a UK Assessment Document, it must send a copy of the document to the Secretary of State.\n2. Subject to Article 25(1), the Secretary of State must publish a list of references of the final UK Assessment Documents in such manner as the Secretary of State considers appropriate to bring the documents to the attention of persons who may have interest in them.\nThe Secretary of State must publish any changes to the list.",
