  "text": "1. The Secretary of State shall assign an identification number to each approved body.\nIt shall assign a single such number even where the body is approved under several relevant enactments.\n2. The Secretary of State shall make publicly available the list of approved bodies, including the identification numbers that have been allocated to them and the activities for which they have been approved.\nThe Secretary of State shall ensure that this list is kept up-to-date.\n3. The Secretary of State may authorise the UK national accreditation body to compile and maintain the list referred to in paragraph 2.",
