  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 May 2011 to prohibit the manufacture of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and which do not comply with this Regulation.\nIt shall apply as from 1 June 2011 to prohibit the placing on the market and importation into the Union of plastic materials and articles which do not comply with this Regulation.",
