# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 344/2011 of 8 April 2011 amending Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, point (2) of Article 1 shall apply as from 1 July 2010.
