  "text": "The following additional information shall be recorded in fishing logbook by masters of Union fishing vessels for the time spent in fisheries subject to fishing effort regimes:\n(a)All information required under this section shall be recorded in the paper fishing logbook between the fishing logbook references No (15) and (16).\n(b)Time shall be recorded as co-ordinated universal time (UTC).\n(c)Latitude and longitude shall be recorded in degrees and minutes if no GPS is used and in decimal degrees and minutes (format WGS 84) if use of GPS.\n(d)Species shall be recorded using the 3-alpha FAO fish species codes.",
