# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 of 8 April 2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy, Division (e): Additional information for fishing vessels using static gears:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

When the fishing vessel sets or resets static gears, the following information shall be entered:
the date,
the effort zone,
the position in latitude and longitude,
the words ‘setting’ or ‘resetting’,
the time.
When the fishing vessel completes static gear operations:
the date,
the effort zone,
the position in latitude and longitude,
the word ‘finish’,
the time.
