# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 of 8 April 2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy, Article 107: Inspection of certain pelagic landings

For landings of herring, mackerel, horse mackerel and blue whiting as referred to in Article 78 of this Regulation the competent authorities of a fisheries administration must ensure that at least 7,5 % of the quantities landed for each species and at least 5 % of the landings are fully inspected.
