# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 of 8 April 2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy, Article 14: Rules for cords

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The cords linking the buoys to the passive gear shall be of submersible material, or shall be weighted down.
2. The cords linking the end marker buoys to each gear shall be fixed at the ends of that gear.
