# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 404/2011 of 8 April 2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy, Article 69: Scope

Without prejudice to Articles 78 - 89 of this Regulation the provisions contained in this chapter shall apply to landings from United Kingdom fishing vessels taking place in the United Kingdom and transhipments involving United Kingdom fishing vessels taking place in ports or places close to the shore of the United Kingdom as well as to the weighing of fisheries products on board United Kingdom fishing vessels in United Kingdom waters.
