# Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 474/2011 of 3 May 2011 amending Regulation (EC) No 1425/2006 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain plastic sacks and bags originating, inter alia, in the People’s Republic of China, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The duty extended by Article 1 shall be collected on imports registered in accordance with Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 748/2010.
2. The provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
