  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from the date of application of the Agreement as provided for in Article 15.10 thereof. A notice shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union specifying the date of application of the Agreement.",
