  "text": "The quantities for which import licence applications were lodged for 17 and 18 January 2011 under Article 3(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1918/2006 shall be multiplied by an allocation coefficient of 21,673003 %.\nThe issue of import licences in respect of amounts applied for as from 24 January 2011 shall be suspended for January 2011.",
