  "text": "(a) point 2.3 is replaced by the following:\n‘2.3.\nPoint 5.2.4 of UN/ECE Regulation No 101 shall read:\n(1) density: measured on the test fuel according to ISO 3675 or an equivalent method. For petrol, diesel, biodiesel and ethanol (E85 end E75) the density measured at 15 °C will be used; for LPG and natural gas/biomethane a reference density shall be used, as follows:\n0,538 kg/litre for LPG,\n0,654 kg/m3 for NG (3)\n(2) hydrogen-carbon-oxygen ratio: fixed values shall be used which are:\nC1H1,89O0,016 for petrol,\nC1H1,86O0,005 for diesel,\nC1H2,525 for LPG (liquefied petroleum gas),\nCH4 for NG (natural gas) and biomethane,\nC1H2,74O0,385 for ethanol (E85),\nC1 H2,61 O0,329 for ethanol (E75).’;\n(b) the following point 3.5 is added:\n‘3.5.\nDuring the test cycle used for determining the CO2 emissions and fuel consumption of the vehicle the provision of point 3.14 of Annex III shall apply.’;",
