Procedure for production conformity testing when standard deviation is unsatisfactory or unavailable
1.
This Appendix describes the procedure to be used to verify production conformity for the emissions of pollutants when the manufacturer's production standard deviation is either unsatisfactory or unavailable. The applicable procedure shall be the one set out in Appendix 2 to UN/ECE Regulation No 49, with the following exceptions:
1.1.In paragraph A.2.3 of Appendix 2 to UNECE Regulation No 49, the reference to paragraph 5.3 shall be understood as reference to the table of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 595/2009.
