# Commission Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 of 25 May 2011 implementing and amending Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to emissions from heavy duty vehicles (Euro VI) and amending Annexes I and III to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Division 7.1

On the basis of the in-service conformity report referred to in Section 10, the approval authority shall either:
(a)decide that the in-service conformity testing of an engine system family is satisfactory and not take any further action;
(b)decide that the data provided is insufficient to reach a decision and request additional information and test data from the manufacturer;
(c)decide that the in-service conformity of an engine system family is unsatisfactory and proceed to the measures referred to in Article 13 and in Section 9 of this Annex.
