# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 669/2011 of 12 July 2011 amending Regulation (EC) No 376/2008 laying down common detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural products, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 September 2011.
