# Commission Regulation (EU) No 677/2011 of 7 July 2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of air traffic management (ATM) network functions and amending Regulation (EU) No 691/2010 (Text with EEA relevance) (repealed), Division 15: When making the assignment to the applicant, the national frequency manager shall include conditions of use. As a minimum, these conditions shall specify that the frequency assignment:
