Annex II

Annex IV to Directive 2007/46/EC is amended as follows:

   the title of Annex IV is replaced by ‘REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EC TYPE-APPROVAL OF VEHICLES’;

2. (2)

   item 43 of Part I of Annex IV is replaced by the following:
