  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 is hereby amended as follows:\n(1) the title is replaced by the following:\n‘Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 of 27 May 2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with the Al-Qaida network’;\n(2) in Article 1(5), the words ‘and the Taliban’ are deleted;\n(3) in Article 2(3), the words ‘Usama bin Laden’ and ‘and the Taliban’ are deleted.",
