  "text": "In point 9(a) of Annex VII to Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 the following indents are added:\n‘where all data referred to in Article 5(1) of the VIS Regulation is registered in the Visa Information System, the following mention is added: ‘VIS’,\nwhere only the data referred to in points (a) and (b) of Article 5(1) of the VIS Regulation is registered in the Visa Information System but the data referred to in point (c) of that paragraph was not collected because the collection of fingerprints was not mandatory in the region concerned, the following mention is added: ‘VIS 0';’",
