  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 5 June 2013 with the exception of Article 23(4), points (c) and (d) of the second subparagraph of Article 57(1) and point (b) of the second subparagraph of Article 57(2) of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004, as amended by this Regulation, which shall apply from 4 December 2012.",
