# Regulation (EU) No 1029/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 introducing emergency autonomous trade preferences for Pakistan, Article 11: Entry into force and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. It shall apply from the date of its entry into force until 31 December 2013.
