# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1079/2012 of 16 November 2012 laying down requirements for voice channels spacing for the single European sky (Text with EEA relevance), Division 7

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The appointed body shall ensure that the systems identified in Article 2(1) operated in an operational assessment environment meet the interoperability, performance and safety requirements of this Regulation.
