In the framework of point SERA.5005(d)(2) of the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012 the CAA may issue temporary derogations from airborne carriage obligations laid down in Article 5(1) of this Regulation for flights operated under visual flight rules.\n2.
