# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1115/2012 of 28 November 2012 temporarily suspending customs duties on imports of certain cereals for the 2012/13 marketing year, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January to 30 June 2013.
