# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1185/2012 of 11 December 2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 laying down certain detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 as regards protected designations of origin and geographical indications, traditional terms, labelling and presentation of certain wine sector products, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 is amended as follows:
1)) In the second subparagraph of Article 56(3), point (b) is replaced by the following:
b)) to authorise the replacement of the words 'producer' or 'produced by' by the words listed in Annex Xa to this Regulation.'
2)) Annex Xa, the text of which is set out in the Annex hereto, is inserted.
