# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1212/2012 of 17 December 2012 amending Regulations (EC) No 2535/2001, (EC) No 917/2004, (EC) No 382/2008, (EC) No 748/2008, (EC) No 810/2008 and (EC) No 610/2009 as regards the notification obligations within the common organisation of agricultural markets, Article 6

Regulation (EC) No 610/2009 is amended as follows:
(1) In Article 10, paragraphs 2 and 3 are replaced by the following:
“2. Member States shall notify the Commission of the details of the quantities of products put into free circulation in accordance with Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006.
3. The notifications referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009 and the product categories indicated in Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 382/2008 shall be used.”
(2) Annexes V, VI and VII are deleted.
