  "text": "EC type-approval of small series granted before 1 November 2012 shall cease to be valid on 31 October 2016. National authorities shall consider certificates of conformity for vehicles to be no longer valid for the purposes of Article 26(1) of Directive 2007/46/EC, unless the type-approvals concerned have been updated to the requirements of Appendix 1 to Annex IV to Directive 2007/46/EC.",
