List of devices and equipment that are not required to be taken into account for the determination of the outermost dimensions

F11.

Subject to the additional restrictions provided in the following tables, the devices and equipment listed in Tables I, II and III are not required to be taken into account for the determination and calculation of the outermost dimensions where the following requirements are fulfilled:

  1. (a)

    where devices are fitted at the front, with the exception of aerodynamic devices and equipment of cabs, the total protrusion of those devices shall not exceed 250 mm;

  2. (b)

    the total protrusion of devices and equipment added to the length of the vehicle, with the exception of aerodynamic devices and equipment, shall not exceed 750 mm;

  3. (c)

    the total protrusion of devices and equipment added to the width of the vehicle shall not exceed 100 mm.

2.

The requirements set out in points (a), (b) and (c) of point 1 shall not apply to devices for indirect vision.
