  "text": "Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1253/2012\nof 17 December 2012\npublishing, for 2013, the agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation),\nHaving regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 of 17 December 1987 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds, and in particular the fourth paragraph of Article 3 thereof,\nWhereas:\nThe full version of the refund nomenclature valid at 1 January 2013, as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products, should be published,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
