  "text": "1. The Member States and the Commission shall cooperate for the execution of all the activities covered by this Regulation in accordance with their respective responsibilities.\n2. The Commission shall in particular provide the necessary support at Central SIS II level for the testing of and migration to N.SIS II.\n3. Member States shall in particular provide the necessary support at N.SIS II level for the testing of the interim migration architecture.",
