# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 157/2012 of 22 February 2012 amending and derogating from Regulation (EC) No 2535/2001 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 as regards the import arrangements for milk and milk products and opening tariff quotas, Article 3: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 March 2012.
However, this Regulation shall be without prejudice to the quantity of 2 000 tonnes already made available for the period from 1 January to 30 June 2012.
