# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 199/2012 of 8 March 2012 fixing the standard values to be used in calculating the financial compensation and the advance pertaining thereto in respect of fishery products withdrawn from the market during the 2012 fishing year, Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2012.
