  "text": "This Regulation establishes implementing rules for the application of Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 and in particular:\n(a) the conditions for the use of the procedure referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006; and\n(b) the procedure referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 concerning substances listed in Annex III, Part C thereto.",
