  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nArticle 24(1)(b) and Article 31 of Regulation (EC) No 436/2009, as amended by Article 2 of this Regulation, shall apply from 1 January 2013.\nThe accompanying documents drawn up in the conditions established by the Member States before the entry into force of this Regulation may continue to be used until 1 August 2013.",
