  "text": "The Annexes to Regulation (EU) No 1255/2010 are amended as follows:\n(1) in Annex II, the following issuing authority is added:\n‘Kosovo.’;\n(2) a new Annex VIIa is inserted:\nANNEX VIIa\n(3) in Annex VIII, in the first column of the table, the order number ‘09.4200’ is added;\n(4) in Annex IX, in the first column of the table, the order number ‘09.4200’ is added;\n(5) in Annex X in the first column of the table, the order number ‘09.4200’ is added.",
